YURUI Birthday Candles uses this website to present birthday candle products, factory capability, customization options and business contact information. Website content is for general B2B reference and may be updated.

2. Quotations and Order Confirmation

Product availability, price, currency, MOQ, specifications, packing, quantity, customization, lead time and shipment terms are confirmed in the quotation and order confirmation for the selected product. An inquiry or website message does not by itself create an order.

3. MOQ

MOQ depends on the product. Custom shapes and other customization may have specific MOQ requirements.

4. Samples

Paid samples are available. Sample shipping or freight is paid by the buyer. If requested samples are in stock, they can normally be dispatched within 48 hours.

5. Production Lead Time

Normal production lead time is approximately 15 days and can vary by product, quantity, customization, packaging and order confirmation details.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are 50% deposit after order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment, unless different written terms are confirmed for a specific order.

7. Trade Terms

Available trade terms are EXW, FOB and CIF. The applicable term and shipment details are confirmed in the quotation or order documents.

8. Customization and Packaging

Custom logos, colours and packaging are available. Custom shapes are subject to MOQ. Packaging options include color boxes, blister packs, paper cards and customer-supplied or private-label packaging, subject to product feasibility and written confirmation.

9. Product Images and Specifications

We use genuine product and factory materials supplied by YURUI. Colour and appearance may vary due to photography, display settings and production conditions. Dimensions, weight, material and packing data are shown only when available and should be reconfirmed before ordering.

10. Intellectual Property

Website text, YURUI branding and supplied product or factory materials may not be copied for misleading, unauthorized or competing commercial use. Customer-supplied logos and artwork remain subject to the customer’s rights and approvals.
